There's no "trading system". You can post it on the official trade forums, on the DiabloFans trade forum, on D2JSP, spam it in your clan, in-game chat, or just offer it to some people on your friends list who you think might be interested. To be honest, at some point all BiS items will probably be legendaries anyways, such that there is no "really amazing rare item".

Trading in RoS is dead, all you want to do is give away items to friends - because you can't be guaranteed to get anything back for it. So was that their intention to completely destroy trading or they are still planning to implement some sort of the system in the future? There will be no more trading as the core of Diablo is about farming for better gear na dnot just be able to buy it. No man is sane who does not know how to be insane on proper occasions.

Best possible way to gain items and better gear in a trade point of view is play with freinds in a group and when something drops that you cant use you give it to one of your freinds and hope they give you something back in return when they get good loot. Too much 3rd party got involved in the trading of the game.

Also saying "the AH should have never been included in the first place" is very short sighted, as it was conceived with a purpose to facilitate trading and fulfilled that purpose quite properly.

Sorry about that, i never had any issues with AH at all or the trading system i supported it fully and used it as much as i could and where i could, was so much easier than to grind away for items.

I think the main reason it is shutting down is beacuse some players take offence when they only play 2 hours and xpect to have BIS gear which is not the case. No pain no gain.
