Absolutely substandard as a trading platform. Nabtrade really needs to invest much more on the server stability. Nabtrade Sucking The Savings Out Of Every Ozzie. Nabtrade maybe should be called jabtrade because they certainly are giving it to you. My experience with Nabtrade is nothing short of a nightmare. Stocks that I purchase not appearing on the platform only after I purchase again they both appear acc balance not correlating with deposited funds.

The problems with NABTRADE are unacceptable. What happened to customer service? I've had continual low reliability logging on 1 year. Phoned them and they say there site is working. Took photos of screen and emailed the tech team and now no reply.. Tax is as bad having to spread sheet 60 trades myself.

I'll look for another trader now.. Cant believe they don't offer tax reports. I have holdings with St George online and they provide a comprehensive tax report with all trades, income, etc all set and ready to hand to my accountant.

Just sitting down to do tax for FY16 I know, late. First year with Nabtrade for some separate holdings and can't believe there's no tax tool!

This is a major let down and I think will prompt me to transfer to a different provider. Been trying for 4 days to buy shares Pathetic in this day and age. Really, how long does it have to take to activate something. Why is there no record of actual purchase price on your holdings.

I have had some minor problems trading however nothing to convince me of moving to another broker and am very happy with how my trades have been executed.
